At Mochipan, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
